Privacy

The site is a pile of static files. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and tracks nothing. The fonts are served from here, not from Google. Like every website, it sits on a host — GitHub Pages — which sees the requests it serves, and that is the whole of it.

Previews and tutorials are YouTube players, embedded on the project pages. They run in YouTube's no-cookie mode: a player loads only once you open the tab it sits in, and it stores nothing on your device unless you press play. Either way the request reaches Google, who see it under their privacy policy rather than this one. Nothing else on the site reaches outside.

Payment and delivery go through Lemon Squeezy, who sell as the merchant of record. You give your payment details to them, not to us, and we never see your card number. What reaches us is your name, your email address, your country and postcode, the last four digits of the card and what you bought. We use it to deliver the files, to answer you if you write, and to keep our own books straight. Lemon Squeezy keeps its own copy under its privacy policy.

Email, WhatsApp and Discord messages stay where you sent them, and we keep them so we can pick up where we left off. You are not added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list.

We do not sell your data, rent it, trade it or hand it to anyone who asks. We do not build a profile of you. Nothing here is designed to follow you anywhere.

Order records stay as long as bookkeeping requires. Messages stay while they are useful, and go when they are not.

Ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected or deleted: write to contact@mandiclab.com and you get an answer from the person who runs this, not from a ticket system. For anything tied to a payment, Lemon Squeezy holds their copy and you can ask them too.

If this page changes, the date below changes with it.
